Abstract

This paper aims to construct the constituent principles of arithmetic / mathematics curriculum in mathematics education. As a result, the present study has adopted the following principles, through analizing a series of the previous study. A. Principles in Setting Purposes of Mathematics Education : There are three theoretical principles in relation to setting the purposes of mathematics education as follo w s. Al. Humanism A2. Utilitarianism A3. Culturism B. Principles in Setting and Arranging Te aching Contents : There are many principles which are relevant to this area.
