Abstract

This research represents the first stage of developmental research into support mechanisms which can accurately address how to: clarify the educational goals (plan), how to put the plan into practice (do), evaluate the effectiveness (check), and make appropriate modifications (action), to the school situation. The purpose of the paper is to introduce analysis of objectives, and from knowledge of previous research, create a tentative perspective for developing effective support mechanisms.
