Abstract

For a student’s better training, in a childcare training lecture, the fear of childcare training is made to reduce, and it is important to raise the hope for childcare training. This research analyzes student survey data with the technique of SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), and aims at clarifying about the consciousness structure and the relation of evaluation before and after childcare training. As a result of analysis, GFI (Goodness of Fit Index) which shows the merit of a model was .710 and AGFI(Adjusted GFI) was .647. Moreover, the value of RMSEA (Root Mean Square Error of Approximation) was .085. When the path to “evaluation” which is a final dependent variable was seen, the path coefficient from “fear of insecurity” was -.22, and the coefficient from “preparation” was -.14. The path coefficient from a “sense of fulfillment” and “self-valuation” is 0.1 or less, and was deleted. The student who thinks that preparation has improved has little fear of insecurity. It was shown that the student with little fear of insecurity has the high self-valuation after training. Moreover, it was shown that the student who has a high hope to training has a sense of fulfillment in a high tendency. The observed variables of “preparation” are “an understanding of the meaning of institution training”, and “the subject of training, a setup of a target” and “an understanding of a use child and a person of institutions.” It became clear as concrete instruction which removes fear of insecurity that it is necessary to fully teach about these items.
