Abstract

Today, the study of food education what you aimed at establishment of desirable eating habits that underlie the life stack or eating experience that depending on the stage of development of the mind and body from childhood is an urgent need. In this study, was carried out on an ongoing basis and eating teaching how to select food for nursery school children. It was carried out survey on food even for parents at the same time. Subjects were 48 people their parents and 4-year-old nursery school. Awareness of food guardian is changed by before and after the intervention of food education to kindergarteners. By performing food education in kindergarten, understanding of the parents for the “food” deepens has been suggested. In terms of the future, nursery dietician was positioned about healthy eating as part of the childcare actively surrounding the children, that both parents have a mutual relationship is required.
