Abstract

The purpose of the present study is to clarify the ideal way of how the "logical thinking" can be acquired in learning activity of an introductory period in "Read" area by means of effective methods and techniques of nstruction. We can assume that the following points enable this aim
to be successful: 1. To continue reading picture books to children and let them exchange their impressions, 2. To use the conjunctions that urge " logical thinking," and 3. To bring their own impressions together as "Favorite". In learning activities at the introductory period of“ reading”,
they are supposed not only to enjoy stories and to describe their simple impressions but also to write their ideas logically based on the coherent reason. This study is characteristic of how the practical attempt could verify the technical betterment of teaching devices at the early period of “reading”.
